For several years, I haven't been public about who first tipped me off where Dixie actually was because I wasn't sure how that person would feel about being thanked for her assistance. However, in light of some comments made on FB, a post that was made and subsequently deleted, and a long phone conversation with that person, I can say that without Sharon Mayes assistance and information, I never would have known the subterfuge that was undertaken to get Dixie from me.
Thank you, Sharon, for your honesty, for your assistance, and for your empathy. I may never know, ultimately, where Dixie spent her last days, but I do know how she was taken from me. I also know who posed as "Barbara Davidson" to pick Dixie up. When the time is right, I will reveal who that person is and exactly the connection to the person who sent "Barbara" to get Dixie.

As with the other post, I've blocked out the names of those not involved--this is another person involved with attempting to deny what I have accomplished over the years in this breed. You can falsify this all you wish on social media--but you cannot alter AKC records, which will always show the correct registered name of Mandy's dam, which is Ch. WYCH'S Wyldrose Serendipity.

I've blocked out the names and images of the people who aren't involved in this--but it seems there are others helping a certain person continue the denial of what I've worked so many years to accomplish by deliberately altering registered names of dogs I bred and finished to strip my kennel name from the animal. Considering this person has been involved with another breed, I wonder how this person would feel if the same was done to her?
The registered name of the dam of this smooth in the image is Ch WYCH'S Wyldrose Serendipity--not what is posted.

I wish I had any news to share about where Dixie might be. I just want to know where she is. Everyone knows what you did now...don't you think it's time to at least give me an accurate address/phone number/contact name for who has her?

On December 22, 2019, I met with a "Barbara Davidson" at a place which was halfway between my home in TN and her "home" in Grayslake, IL to place Ch. Wych's Where Honor Lies (Dixie) in what I believed to be a forever home where Dixie would have a couch of her own. I advised "Barbara Davidson" when we met that Dixie was in standing heat. I was told she had an appointment to be spayed the following week. Because of her age and being in heat, both risk factors for surgery, my husband (now a retired veterinarian) and I were both leery of spaying her prior to placement. It's a mistake I regret to this day. I thought I had done my due diligence in researching "Barbara Davidson". I thought wrong. The address she gave does not exist anywhere in the state of Illinois. "Barbara Davidson" is a phantom. She does not exist.
A few weeks ago, I was told that Dixie was not where I thought she was. An attempt to contact "Barbara Davidson" resulted in emails being bounced back. An attempt to find her at any of the veterinarian clinics in Grayslake (where she said her vet was located) do not have her in their client base. I was told in February of 2020, Dixie whelped a litter and was told who one of those puppies was. Subsequent research on the AKC site revealed that Dixie was transferred out of my name on 22 December, 2019. Her litter was born on 24 February, 2020. The sole breeder on that litter was George Robert Rohde. In an attempt to hide this, on all social media and his web page, Rohde lists the dam of those puppies as Ch. Rohde's Where Honor Lies. However, the AKC pedigree of those puppies lists the CORRECT name of the dam.
Dixie was then spayed on 1 September 2020 and placed again.
Please help me bring Dixie home.
