Specifically Francis who we expected to just be a $60 TNR (trap neuter return) but he turned out to be not only super friendly but needed a double entropion surgery as well so he turned into a $400 cat so far.

He just had his stitches taken out on Wednesday and he’s looking so much better already. He has one more check up next week and then he’ll be available for adoption 🥹🫶🏻

Adopt Prince!! 🤎

This sweet boy was found outside and was supposed to be a TNR (trap neuter return) but we saw potential in him and he’s doing very well in foster care 🥹

Prince is a little shy at first but after just a few days he blossoms a lot and will seek out pets and affection from you! He is playful and likes to run around playing with his siblings and playing with toys so he’d do best in a home with either one of his siblings or another cat already in the home!! He would make a great friend for another playful cat.

Hes about 5 months old, neutered, vaccinated, tested for fiv/ felv and microchipped. His adoption fee is $150 or $175 with a sibling!!!

Adopt Gunther! 🤎

Gunther was found outside underweight and sick, he was already neutered but he didn’t have a microchip and no one claimed him. He is officially now on the market to find his forever home!!

Gunther is a perfect senior man. He is very affectionate and loving, he loves attention and to be pet. He has a great personality that everyone falls in love with and isn’t your typical senior cat, he has so much s***k to him and will keep you entertained and laughing. He is often in your face and always in your space, you’ll never be lonely with him around. His favorite hobbies include following you around, seeing what you’re eating and trying to eat it too and napping in cat beds. He is very people friendly with everyone, good with other cats and dogs too! He will make anyone very happy and will bring a lot of joy to your home!

Gunther is estimated to be about 13-15 years old, neutered, updated on vaccines, tested negative for fiv/ felv, microchipped, had a dental where some teeth were removed and had a good bloodwork report. His adoption fee is $75.

February adoptions 🤪💕

⭐️ We received a good application but didn’t have any one who matched what they were looking for so we reached out to our friend Amanda with Head Start rescue and they had Florian who was a good match!!

⭐️ Ricky was adopted by a nice family to be friends with another older kitten! They have already become great friends.

⭐️ Not pictured, Felix was adopted by his foster family.

⭐️ Marco (the kitten) and Marie were adopted together by a super nice family and have two dog friends!!

⭐️ Brownie was adopted by Amy’s adopter to keep Amy company! They’ve already become great friends 🫶🏻

⭐️ Squash was adopted to be friends with another cat and two dogs!!

⭐️ Daisy went home with our foster coordinators sister!!!! 💕

⭐️ Sylvia and Petey went home together!!!

Thank you to everyone who adopted from us this month. We are hoping March brings us even more luck especially with our adult cats! 🤞🏼🍀✨

This fella was found outside with a leg injury but is all healed up now and looking for his forever home!

Thor is a super sweet chubby cheeked fella, he’s very friendly, loves to be pet and rub on you for attention and affection. He has a great personality and would make a great addition to any loving home. He’s a big talker and will talk your ear off!!! He is good with other cats with a quick proper introduction but would be fine as your one and only too!

Thor is about 3-4 years old, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested for fiv/ felv. His adoption fee is $100

In December we took in Gabby who was in active labor. Her 5 babies are still in foster care, doing well for the most part but two keep sneezing and getting eye boogers even after a round of antibiotics so they’re headed to the vet today.

ADOPT MARCO 🤎🤎

In 5 days it’ll be a WHOLE YEAR since Marco came to us!!!! 😨 We can not believe he still hasn’t been adopted yet.

Marco came to us when the only owner he ever knew was threatening to throw him outside in the streets of Philly after never even being outside before. He has been in foster care since then.

He has a great personality, he’s a relaxed laid back kind of guy and likes to cuddle on the couch with you watching tv or any other hobbies you choose to do on your couch!! He loves human love and affection and can be playful with you and toys. He is good with other cats as long as they are nice to him and a quick proper introduction is done! He would prefer a home with only 1-2 other calm cats or as your one and only. He is a submissive cat when it comes to other cats. He is NOT a fan of dogs. Marco would love to finally have his forever home this year 💕

Update on Ellis 🫶🏻

Ellis is doing super great after his surgery. He had a double eye removal due to painful glaucoma and a much needed dental done.

Waking up from surgery was very rocky and we honestly almost lost him but he’s stable and comfortable.

He’s looking better than ever!

Adopt Moose 🤎

Moose was found outside a few months ago and the finders planned on keeping him as he’s such a sweet heart but the landlord said no to a 4th cat so he came to us. He’s now ready for his forever home!!

Moose is a very sweet and playful cat. He loves people and is a total lap cat, he loves to be pet and shown affectionate. He loves toys and to play around with them, other cats (once a proper introduction is done!) and people. He would be great with another playful cat in the home or as your one and only! He is NOT a fan of dogs.

Ellis went yesterday to have his double eye removal surgery due to painful glaucoma, it was a rough wake up from surgery and we honestly almost lost him but he is stable and doing well thankfully!

Francis has been outside for a long time, a nice girl took notice to his eyes and reached out for help. He went to the vet two days ago where they found out he had entropion which is a condition where the eyelid rolls inward, causing the eyelashes and skin to rub against the surface of the eye. The vet said it was the worst case they’ve ever seen before 🫠 He had surgery to correct it and is healing well so far!!

Gunther has been throwing up once a day for about a week now and needs senior blood work done as he’s about 13-15 years old so he has a vet appointment today.

URGENT MEDICAL DONATIONS NEEDED

This is old man Ellis who is about 13 years old, he came to us the other day and went to our vet today to be checked over. He has bad glaucoma in both eyes which is very painful and a double eye removal is highly recommended and able to be done today. While he’s there they’re checking out his teeth as well as they’re in bad condition, neutering him, testing for fiv/felv, updating vaccines and checking his sugar for possible diabetes.

This is going to be hundreds of dollars. 😅 We will update with the exact cost once we know! Please consider donating for Ellis so he can get the care he needs today!

Angus is super sweet, he loves to be pet and be given affection. His favorite thing is neck and butt scratches, he starts purring right away for either. He is a very relaxed and laid back guy, he doesn’t do much besides lounge around waiting to be pet and fed. He is good with other cats and doesn’t mind calm dogs but would be totally fine as your one and only 😻

Angus is about 6 years old, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for felv, positive for fiv. His adoption fee is $100.

This super cute guy was trapped outside and has been in foster care learning how to be an indoor kitty!!

Ryan is a playful and friendly guy who likes to cuddle but he can be shy at first and will need someone who understands that!
