Dash power's little away day at Southwell Racecourse 🐎

Dash had an enjoyable away day this morning with Derek Shaw Racing giving him a racecourse gallop at Southwell Racecourse even following the mighty Big Evs of Mick Appleby Racing out on the track.

He definitely showed he needed that and had a good blow afterwards. Another step forward in his preparation for the all weather winter season.

Another step forward yesterday at Chelmsford in regaining full fitness for our boy Belvoir Kitten. A race that was run at a break neck pace which caught him out in the last furlong but running against a lot higher rated horses was to be expected.

Thanks to Derek Shaw Racing for getting him to the racecourse in time with all the delays on the A1 🤬 and Raul da Silva for riding exactly as instructed.

Hopefully he'll be back out asap and can show his ability now he's race fit 🙏

Our boy "Belvoir Kitten" declared at Chelmsford on Thursday, hopefully will have come on leaps and bounds for his first run back, Raul da Silva doing the steering. Most of all come back safe and sound.

Nice to see Dash looking full of enthusiasm to get to the gallops 😂 think he's enjoyed his summer holiday a little too much.

He's grown a lot over the summer and stepping up his work this week will hopefully see him step up once again and the winners enclosure won't be too far away 🙏🏇

Kitten out on the gallops, had a little setback in his preparation but fingers crossed he's all good now and won't be too much longer that we get to see him on the racecourse 🏇🙏

Belvoir Kitten getting back into the swing of things, will be stepping up his training over the next couple of weeks with the plan of getting him winning (I mean racing) around the 20th August 🙏

Thanks for all the interest in him.

Well the time has come for the main man "Persian Wolf" to move on from racing and enjoy a quieter life, his character is something that will always stay with us, the good, the funny and the not so funny!!!

From kicking the rails, kicking Evan in the crown jewels, shipping Fred Tett at the start, being as good as gold for champion jockey Oisin Murphy, winning races to not even trying to race🤦 we've had a bit of everything from old Wolfy boy!

We'll miss coming to see you and feeding you your favourite Polo's but I'm sure you'll enjoy your retirement my friend 🏇🐺❤️

Wolfy boy is back to where he ran his best race of the season for us. Derek Shaw Racing has got him looking in great shape and the booking of Tyler Heard who knows wolf so well, we have no excuses this time. Time to run your heart out wolfy!! But as always come back safe and sound.
