P. S yes Knox is now only about an inch smaller than Talia and he's only 5.5 months old 🙈 He's my little Christmas Donkey 😂

Just a polite reminder of my lateness policy. After 15 minutes we will have to reschedule your appointment. We are only a small business and we don't like to do this as then it means we've also lost out on income. I've had alot of people ask us "why it's only 15 minutes." but we can get ALOT done in those 15 minutes and usually at drop off clients tell me any issues which then adds more time from 5-10 minutes. It then puts me behind on my next dog and all the rest following which means it puts their day out too, it effects collecting the children from school and means we have to work later into the evening. I completely understand sometimes things happen out of our control and sometimes lateness can't be helped but recently I'm seeing alot of lateness or worse no shows after a client has confirmed their appointment the day before and its really disheartening when we could have offered that space to clients waiting for an appointment who could have had that space instead. Imagine if every client turned up late or didn't show up at all it would have a big impact on our business/income and I would be working until midnight! Reminders are not compulsory I do this if I have time (or not if I have lots of lateness) sorry I've had to post this, it's just reality and so everyone can understand why our policy is in place 😊

Puppy Cuteness... Yes big boy Bruce is a puppy 😍 At 8 months he's still got ALOT of growing. We absolutely adore this big softy and he smashed his 1st ever pamper. Cannot wait to watch him grow 💕

I get asked alot about which vets I would reccomend. I have been to a few different vet practices over the years but oh my word this one went above and beyond! I took my girlie for her annual vaccinations and I've never been here before but the vet Vikki was amazing. Usually I feel rushed at a practice but here wasn't the case at all. She gave me so much useful information but the most important thing was how she was with Talia. She made her feel so relaxed, fed her treats, played ball with her and ofcourse snuggles. 100% best vets ive been to and I won't be going else where now.
