‼️ PARVOVIRUS OUTBREAK ‼️

This is a highly contagious virus that affects your dogs gastrointestinal track
Young pups and unvaccinated dogs are most at risk

Parvo symptoms include
- Diarrhoea
- Vomitting
- Lethargy
- Loss of appetite

Parvo is spread via
- Contact with other dogs
- Enviroment
- Faeces

To prevent contracting this virus
- Avoie public areas were other dogs exercise

The most important prevention is VACCINATION

Weathers to get really hot today..so keep your pets indoors if you can. I had Lulu out for her walk at 7.30am this morning before it got too hot. Do an early morning and late evening walk when the pavement is cooler and where possible walk them on grass.

We are a family of animal lovers who have many years of experience caring for animals between us. From rescuing, adopting and fostering from various animal charites to looking after elderly terminally ill cats..one of which lived till she was 22. My partner is the experienced dog walker..we have a very energetic boxer! My daughter has just completed a plc in Veterinary Assistant/ Animal care and is now doing a degree in Animal Science/ Equine. So has experience with all animals.. especially cats and horses. We call her the cat whisperer! We also have experience with house sitting and this has proven to be a great asset for people who need their pets looked after while they are away..killing two birds with one stone so to speak.
