It’s ironic what I see. I had a dream with Forge Onward Anti-Bullying Animal Rescue Unfortunately, (being from Canada perhaps) I sucked at asking for donations. My tax free status lapsed but I made the decision to still rescue in LA, skid row and paid out of my own pocket for awhile. Beach Boulevard Pet Hospital of course, were/are a huge godsend The best ever. Then I found Coco Cares. She provided the care the animals needed, so I could continue to be there, when the call comes.
was going to help heal kids/teens who were bullied. My kids were bullied and it changed them. Caring for an animal helped them feel like they mattered. They had something to contribute in life. Gave them a purpose. I never imagined that not only kids and teens are doing it but adults! Even worse. They should know better. Donna Ritchie has thick skin but a lot of people don’t. WORDS can kill someone’s spirit. Words can hurt them to the core. Words can make them want to die. I went through that with mine. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. My youngest said, “ I bet when they were younger they were spoiled. Never humbled. They just don’t get it”. It’s sad to see. I guess it’s easier to slam another person than look in the mirror and see themselves
