A bit of a different post for us today- This is sweet little Daphne🥰 We chose to take Daphne in about 8 weeks ago as she was not in a suitable home & she was not a very happy bunny. She is only 8 months old so still a baby! She has a gorgeous luscious coat but her skin was dry & flakey - with just a few weeks on a good diet, salmon oil & lots of love that has totally fixed itself😍 she was nervous & shy when she first arrived but watching her come out of her shell has been quite emotional really🥹❤️ She’s stuck to me like glue (Ellie) but she is a bit unsure of men! We aren’t too sure on her story for the first few months of her life so our plan was to get her feeling happy & healthy & then find her a suitable very loving home!
She has come on leaps & bounds so I think we are ready to start the search! We feel it is important to home her with another dog (probably preferably a Daxie) but doesn’t need to be! But she has loved being around our other Daxies here & I think that’s what has made her thrive so much! She shares a bed with Tootsie and they have become a terrible little twosome!
There is still some training & some work to be done with her- no dog is ever done with training no matter how old they are or how long you have had them❤️
