Happy Saturday everyone!

Mary is off this coming week to get much needed appointments in for herself and she is having to say good bye to her eldest pup Friday the 26th.

Let’s give Mary some prayers and love through this hard time. She’s had her for 9 years after rescuing her from a shelter in Rome, NY. She was a stray found on the side of the road and was always trying to hide because she was always scared of loud noises. She made it to the lovely age of 15. But it’s time.

We love you Holly and this one will hurt so many hearts. You were the best dog ever with zero vices or issues.

My baby, Paisley, says there’s some announcements to make.

December appointments are a MESS. They make zero sense with it comes to locations. I have Churchill to bullsgap and back to Surgoinsville. That flow will not work!
I am only working 13.5 days in December. I want to fit as many of you in as possible and it’s just not going to happen how it’s layed out currently.
With that said it won’t be a huge change may be like a day or 2 before or after. I will of course be reaching out to everyone to make sure the moves are ok and will work.

I’m sorry and apologize in advance! I know it’s only September and more people will want in that month and I want to make everyone happy!

Sorry I haven’t been very active lately! I have been extremely busy with life and grooming!

September is FULL. Zero openings. If need an appointment we are looking at October.

With it being September we are looking ahead already to start scheduling for next year.

I’m going to try and group people in the same area the best I can to save travel time.

Also note that starting in the new year I have to start charging tax on grooms. I’m not increasing prices for this reason.

It’s really sad that I have to post this. And big reason why I don’t want to accept new clients. I have once again had 2 people talk down on me like a Just a piece of paper in the wind.

So let me tell you about myself!
Hi I’m Mary, I am married to my wonderful husband Justin that TRAVELS the country for works he is ONLY home weekends and even then sometimes he gets stuck not coming home. (Why I don’t work weekends mostly)

With him traveling I have to manage our new home we just bought in May, and try to sell our old home on clinch mountain. We are paying for 2 homes! Money is tight with all these bills.
You make the choice essentially if I can eat and feed my dogs each day.

We have recently rehomed Queenie one dog to our neighbors because it was what was best for her to be happy and loved because truth is I just didn’t have time to give what she needed.

We have 4 others at home! Paisley and Steve which are GSPs, Attila he’s a lab mix and Holly a 14 year old lab mix we don’t know if we will have much longer.

I work 9am to 5pm Monday- Friday grooming!
I work after 5 everyday with my mom doing Cabin and paws to have a back up plan when grooming is to much.

I have a STRONG passion for pets and taking their well being into consideration and making sure they get the best treatment possible during their spa days. So I’m sorry that I don’t answer you with your 7am or 8pm phone calls/messages. Or that you get blocked or deleted and banned from my services because you can’t respect me as a human or understand I have a life that doesn’t revolve around you.

I have such an amazing standing clientele and I LOVE all of you that understand ❤️ I do so much to give yall so many options and all my knowledge and experience.

If you are a new client, please understand I am human just like you. I have emergency’s, I have a family, I have pets, I have a life, and I live life to my fullest and NEVER get a day to myself and just relax. I’m always on the go.

Please give me time and grow with us! Because these almost 3 years we have grown so much and only just beginning! I have so many plans and ideas I want to do!

Good afternoon everyone!

We are slammed with appointments but I do have a few openings left!

These are first come first serve as I have finally caught up with everyone new!

Monday August 25th
Rogersville 2:30pm

Thursday September 4th
Bulls gap- 12:30pm

Friday September 5th
Wide open -BOOKED

That is ALL I have left for August and September.

Also as a reminder our hours during the day is 9-5pm. I will not respond outside that time unless the day was hectic. If I don’t answer LEAVE A MESSAGE! Or text me! Text is easier as I find it rude to take a phone call at a clients house. I also get alot of spam calls lol
We are CLOSED on weekends! We do not respond unless emergency or something about a Monday appointment.
