I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

It was the first time in almost 2 decades, I left my the doctor’s office feeling good about myself.

The puppies were born May 28th.
Two girls and one little boy.
ALL HAVE DEPOSITS !!

My next litter is due in 10 days. We did a puppy count with x-rays yesterday. She has three puppies and two are spoken for. I will post more information after birth.
