Brothers,
this is just me speaking my mind on something that I think is important and should be shared.

We are all here and part of this amazing organization for a reason... someone believed that we have the qualities, fit the standard, we encompass the traits or however you want to say it... we had something. They saw something in us. And now look around you. You are surrounded by amazing people, a brotherhood. With many supporters. However... some of us have lost our way. Villain, Member, Scout, Captain, Etc. It doesn't matter. If you are not utilizing your moral compass, you will become lost. You know right from wrong. You know what is expected of you, you know that you are the faces and act on behalf of this entire organization that is BEARDED VILLAINS.
We all tend to stray off a little bit, but it's important to always always always stop. Take a breath and see where the needle is pointed. I've always said. Everyone is faced with obstacles. that's life. However its not just getting over obstacles but, more importantly, HOW you get over them that defines you as a person. be a model that our future members look up to.
All im saying is use your compass. For yourself and to find others that deserve a seat at the table. Believe it or not, but there are individuals who lurk amongst our ranks who do not care for what we stand for. They see this organization as a scapegoat for whatever selfish reasons or goals they want to achieve. So I say again. Use your compass. Quality over quantity any fu***ng day.
Stay loyal, stay vigilent, stay villain.
