Big news from the Misfits Design Pet Spa crew! 🐾 We're bursting with excitement because our amazing groomers, Bailey and Lexi, are both expecting! 👶🍼🎉 Bailey's little one arrives this month, and Lexi's in June! To give them some much-deserved time off, Aujonae will be taking the reins until they fully return. 💖

Please note: We'll be turning off online booking and won't be accepting new clients until July/August. Aujonae's next available grooming spot is in May.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this special time. We're thrilled for Bailey and Lexi and look forward to welcoming their little ones! Thank you for your continued support! ✨ ❤️

To our cherished clients,
As the year draws to a close, we wanted to express our sincere gratitude for your continued trust and support. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such wonderful clients like you who entrust us with the care of your beloved pets.
We will be taking a short break to recharge and spend quality time with our families during the Christmas holidays. Our salon will be closed from December 21st to January 1st, and we will reopen on January 2nd, 2025.

Starting January 3rd, we will have a slight price adjustment across our grooming services. This change will help us ensure we can continue to provide the high-quality care you've come to expect while navigating the increasing costs associated with running our business.

🚨 Important Announcement for Our Valued Clients 🚨

It has come to our attention that we have recently had several pets come in with fleas. We understand that this is a common concern among pet owners, and many have asked what our policy is regarding fleas.

🔴 Unfortunately, we do not accept pets with known fleas. For the health and safety of all our furry clients and our team, it’s crucial that every pet brought in for grooming is flea-free. If your pet has fleas, we kindly ask that you treat them at home or with your veterinarian before scheduling an appointment with us.

💡 Please note: We treat fleas the same way a school district handles a child with head lice. If we discover more than three live fleas on your dog or cat during the grooming process, we consider that an infestation. In the event of an infestation, we have no choice but to cancel the rest of our clients for that day to thoroughly treat our salon with a flea fogger to eliminate any fleas that may have jumped off during the bath.

Additionally, there will be an extra $45+ flea charge added to that day's service if fleas are found during grooming.

Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, comfortable environment for all the pets we care for. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

With five years of professional grooming experience, Bailey brings both skill and a deep passion for animal care to our team. Outside of work, she leads a vibrant life surrounded by her beloved animals and family. She spends her free time with her horse, her child, and her three dogs, while also caring for her two cats.

Bailey is eager to expand her expertise to include feline grooming, and she is committed to doing so with the same dedication and gentle touch that she brings to her work with dogs. Her extensive experience, coupled with her genuine love for animals, makes her a fantastic addition to our salon.

We are confident that Bailey will provide exceptional care and service to all of our clients, both new and returning. We can't wait for you to meet her and see the positive impact she will have on our salon and your pets!🐾❤️
