I can’t believe I’m saying this…Soothe and Settle is officially 1 year old 🥹🥳What a year it’s been 😆I could go on and on about how amazing the journey has been so far but what I really want to say is a MASSIVE thank you to YOU ! Your support on this journey means so much me and I’m so excited to see what the future holds for Soothe and Settle. A year ago I started in my mums spare room, with 2 rolls of fabric , I now have boxes of stock, loadssss of rolls of fabric, I am now in the biggest room in my mums house 🤣We have shipped to 30+ counties, 32 states in America and just about every postcode in the UK. Who knew that rescuing 1 dog would change the life of hundreds of dogs across the world. Errol really is the whole inspiration behind the business, and I feel blessed that something that helped him has worked on so many other dogs ❤️Massive thank you to @lifelikecharlie for the song ! This is my favourite Hush Muff to date 🌈 This fabric has a special place in my heart and I thought I would all share with you why. After having Errol for a few weeks I quickly realised that jackets and jumpers for him were expensive because they all had to be hand made due to the length of sighthounds. At the time I could not afford to buy one so I thought I would make him one.I started off with a £19 sewing machine (I think now it was actually a kids one🤣) and an old blanket. I hadn’t sewn since school so I wanted to get some practice in first. After I was comfortable sewing again I saved up my money and the first fabric I bought was this rainbow fleece. I was so excited to make him a jumper from it and I was always calling him Errol and his technicolored dream coat 🤣Our first camping trip and he had his dream coat on. I open the tent in the morning to go for a pee , Errol comes out and sees a cat, next thing you know he’s OFF ! (Please don’t come for me, I have since learned SOOOOO much about the breed but in the beginning I was naive to his prey drive) So he’s ran up a hill and managed to get stuck in a very small tight space that was filled with barred wire 🫠Luckily the dream coat had literally saved him. It had not only stopped him being able to get any further away but it had also saved his skin from getting ripped to shreds. If you don’t know sighthounds then a little fact , there skin is paper thing and because they don’t have much body fat or fur they get cut very easily. So basically this could have been a serious disaster. I kept the ripped jumper for a while as I struggled to get rid of it because in my eyes it had saved his life 🥺I have wanted a rainbow Hush Muff for so long but the fabric is slightly more than what I’m used to but WHILE STOCKS LAST , you can get your hands on a rainbow Hush Muff or as I will be calling it , the Technicolor Hush Muff 🤣If you made it this far , thank you for reading and I hope it wasn’t

2023 has by farrrrrr been the best year in my adult life !
If you had told me 3-4 years ago that I would be here today I would have said your telling lies 🤣
I finally feel like I’m on the path I was meant to be all along it’s just took me a while to get here.
Just know that if your struggling right now that it is only temporary and things do eventually get better 🙏
Hard work really does pay off and if you want something in life then JUST GO FOR IT !
