This is a new blue oyster strain we will be working with, a little picky about it's environment but the caps are velvety and the stems are thick.

reishi harvest - the final update on the reishi (G. Lucidum) growing through a filter!
Substrate was inoculated 10/29, harvested 1/5.

Having fun with some lenses to give you guys close-ups of fungi working to make beautiful fruits.

These are chestnuts, blue oyster, king trumpet, and lion's mane.

They are all beautiful, but they also serve as great sources of protein, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants!
