Sad Saturday post:
I hate making posts like these but we've had a few last minute reschedules, cancellations and just no shows. I want to preface this by saying that we get it, we understand people make mistakes, forget or there are emergencies out of their control.
🐾What makes our salon special, and the reason so many people love us, is that we try to get to know every pet and give them individual attention in our kennel-free salon.
🐾The reason many groomers don't run salons like this is because we depend so highly on our clients to be on time and give us notice when they are not able to come in.
🐾Our policy is set as is because same day missed appointments do not give us much time to fill the appointment for the groomer.
🐾Groomers often work for commission which means if they lose that appointment and others that week they may face a loss in their pay that they cannot have.
🐾 Our salon also depends on the appointments as multiple lost appointments affect our ability to run the business and keep the groomers happy.
🐾🐾🐾 We don't want to become like every salon out there. We want to be able to continue to provide 1-on-1 services but we need clients to respect their appointment times and not laugh at our cancelation policy. Please be considerate of our small business and our dedicated groomers.
