This is a fight for survival, for joy, for community, and for future generations. If you or someone you know needs support, there are resources and people who care. We have openings for therapy at in MA, NH, & VT. please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Let’s be there for each other, advocate fiercely, and never give up. We are stronger together, and we must stand united against the forces that try to diminish us.

As we all grapple with the election results, please take the time you need to process, grieve, and ground yourself. Taking care of yourself and your loved ones is your priority.

While we each know our personal impact of the election results and can empathize with others, we cannot fully understand how others are feeling or the struggles they are experiencing. Please extend yourself grace so you can extend that same grace to others who will desperately need it.

As we honor Trans Awareness Month, Native American Heritage Month, National Homeless Youth Awareness Month, and the ongoing fight for women’s rights and access to healthcare, let’s remember that voting is one of the most powerful ways to advocate for these communities. 🗳️

Our voices have the power to shape policies that protect, uplift, and bring visibility to those who are too often unheard. By voting, we stand up for:
