Update 4/22/25 @ 5:30pm
A rescue was secured. They will be working with fosters.

I’m separately in communication with a couple other contacts for the spay/neuter of the 4 outdoor adults (3 moms and 1 male)

🆘 Rescue needed for 13 kittens 😱
Bell Gardens, CA. Need rescue by extended date on Saturday, 4/26/25.

A neighbor of my husband’s ex-coworker contacted me for help.

The lady thought that the 3 cats that showed up were fat. They all gave birth.
She never had cats before. They showed up to her apartment and she felt bad for them.

There’s 13 kittens, 3 moms, and 1 adult male.
I spoke with the lady regarding spay / neuter and shared a free spay / neuter resource for the adults. The adults are outdoors and she can continue to feed them after they are fixed.

She currently has the kittens indoors but today the landlord went and told her that she can’t have the kittens in the apartment. UPDATE 4/22/25 - She spoke with the landlord and was able to get an extension for this Saturday 4/26/26. 🆘

Please let me know if you can help and I’ll put you in contact with the lady. Please not negative comments.

We have 3 appointments for Sunday 3/2/25
Can anyone do the whole TNR process?
Trapping would need to be done tomorrow morning.
I’ll be working super early and all day. I won’t be able to coordinate and will have limited access tomorrow. Please let me know asap.

🆘 URGENT TNR HELP IN VERNON, CA 🆘 We need critical TNR. 3 possible pregnant cats plus 5-6 other cats need TNR. A fellow trapper was able to TNR 3 cats. We were able to get two friendly cats rescued. Due to school and work I’m currently not able to continue this colony. I’m in communication with the feeder and have been able to provide medication and food on several occasions. I’ve also gone several times to try trapping a fluffy kitten and sick female without any luck. It breaks my heart that I can’t help. They need help before they continue to multiply. Please let me know if you can help this colony. I can request and provide TNR appointments and loan my traps. 🆘

Update 1/13/25 at 11:30pm.
Lots of behind the scenes. Gloria and I have been messaging and in communication with vets, rescues and fellow volunteers.
We are happy to share that I was able to text with David Loop and they can help the cat.
My friend will try to get the cat in a carrier tomorrow, if that doesn’t work, Alex will help trap. The goal is for my friend to transport to Sierra Pacific Furbabies on Tuesday 1/14/25. We’ll keep you posted on updates.
We’ll also ask for all pledges and donations to be sent to them. Thank you 🐾 💕

‼️ URGENT ‼️ 🆘 Rescue and medical needed for this female cat. A friend came across this cat in Bell Gardens and she spoke with the feeder. The feeder took in the kittens but only feeds this stray cat and can’t afford medical care or to take her in. She’s feeder friendly but a little scared towards others. My friend has tried texting Hope for Paws and Sam Simon foundation. We need someone to properly assess the situation. For now I think that the cat needs someone who can get her medical care and hold her for her recovery. 🆘 Please help
