I haven’t posted an update in a very long time but I wanted to let everyone know I’ve decided to adopt Nova. Not that anyone is surprised by that. How could I ever let her go?

Nova got spayed yesterday! She was super disoriented yesterday because of the meds and the cone but she’s doing really well today. She’s adjusting to the cone and is sleepy but overall her normal self🥰

Hi friends! I’m doing great!

My foster mom weighed me yesterday and I’m up 11 lbs since my initial weigh in 2 weeks ago.

Today we went to a new park. My favorite thing to do is go on a walk. I run to the door in anticipation of my daily walks. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks for thinking of me! 🥹❤️

Today marks 2 weeks in my foster home!!

Today was my second training session and I did so good with my manners around new people. My foster mom took me on a long walk where I excelled at my loose leash training. I even got compliments from another dog owner who saw how amazing I am! Life is great!

Today my foster mom filled up her car with her old work equipment (yay she got a new job) and I thought I was going with her! I now know that going in the car means going to the park or on some fun adventure. 😎

Happy Memorial Day!

Foster mom has been weighing me every Monday. Last Monday I weighed 34 lbs and today I weighed 42 lbs. I feel so much better and you can’t see my ribs anymore. Here I am enjoying a morning snooze laying in the small patch of sunlight that comes into the kitchen through the skylight. Life is good!

Training was great but I’m tired so now it’s time to chill with Hank. 🥰

Today Nova met a very special person, the dog trainer The Grateful Canine by Dan. After less than an hour she was walking flawlessly and gently taking treats out of his hand. I (foster mom) learned a lot too! Dog training is also training the human. So grateful for everyone’s well wishes, she’s only been in my house one week and she has already made huge strides! More to come!
