On FRIDAY September 1st, we will be hosting our monthly produce drive-by distribution event.
We will have enough produce to help 800 families!
Our distribution will be from 1pm-3pm
PLEASE REMEMBER kindness makes everyone’s day better!
-If you are one of our clients who also delivers to more than 8 families, please make sure you arrive between 11-12. We need to make sure that we have you guys loaded and on your way before distribution begins at 1pm.
-PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TRUNK, BACK HATCH, BACK SEAT, PASSENGER SEAT, CAR SEAT, BOOSTER SEAT, ROOF RACK, OR ANY OTHER PLACE IS CLEANED OUT AND THAT SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR BOX/BOXES. These boxes are heavy and we do not have the extra hands to clean out spaces while balancing 30lb boxes on our fingertips 😂
-Please DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY! There are no adequate places to park around town so please just wait until It's time for the distribution to begin. THERE IS PLENTY TO SHARE WITH EVERYONE! Just leave your house in time to arrive on our campus at 1pm.
-ONCE DISTRIBUTION BEGINS, the line will enter from the eastbound side of Hwy 62. The line will start somewhere on the other side of Hwy 85, past the caution light, going down Hwy 62.
-This event will take place at Build-A-Bridge Community Pantry which is located at 7993 County Road 62 Vincent.
-You will need to complete a TEAFP form and bring it with you the day of the distribution (even if you completed one last time). PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FORM IS COMPLETED BEFORE THE DISTRIBUTION BEGINS! IF YOUR FORM IS NOT COMPLETED, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE. One form per household, please. Multiple forms for the same house will still result in one box per family. These forms can be picked up on our campus, which is located at 7993 County Road 62 Vincent.
-If you are picking up for someone who is unable to come themselves, remember the TEAFP form must be completed and the proxy information completed. These forms can be picked up on our campus, which is located at 7993 County Road 62 Vincent.
-No other documentation is required and county of residency does not matter!
