When starting POM & CHI, I never realized that I would surround myself with such incredible women. They would inspire me just as much as they would support me. There's been this incredible unspoken bond that instantaneously happens when meeting other women entrepreneurs. Like you both just instantly get it. You get how hard they've had to work to get to where they are. ⁠
