Fostering this sweet boy for Shadow Cats

Reese‘ Teeth

Can you believe he let me do this?
I think he has some missing teeth.
The bridge of his nose also looks different.

I think he may have either had Face trauma which would explain eye problem, nose misshapen and missing teeth or maybe birth defects? Maybe hit or kicked. May also contribute to why he was so high strung and defensive and nervous. I wish I had vet exam records and comments from the shelter that took him in or what his vet here may have said. Anyone know how to find out?

Anyway, he has none of those worries now. He is much more trusting and loving and calm. He would be great with another youngish cat/kitten and an older cat who is smaller or non-assuming or patient as he definitely has a Napoleon complex.

Wanted to let everyone know that Reese is still doing well. Had a great Christmas with his foster siblings and received gifts like catnip present pillows, silver vine chews, treat sorter toy, etc. He was a fairly good boy and didn’t climb the Christmas tree, just nibbled on a few limbs and batted a few ornaments.

Out of all four cats, Reese is the only one that regularly jumps up into my arms to lay on a pillow and sleep. He gives strong head butts for love and purrs quietly. He also gives off stinky gas sometimes when you pick him up. Here’s a pic from today of Reese and Cheddar.
