Siberian Husky 🐕
Siberian Husky breed seems to be one of the dogs that have been domesticated earlier than others. It was used exclusively for snow sledding and is still used today for popular sled racing. These competitions are now popular throughout the UK, US and Europe.
In fact, his extraordinary ability to carry the sleigh in the snow has made him an exceptionally high endurance dog.
1️⃣ Appearance of Siberian Haskey
This dog is beautiful and magnificent in appearance and has a wolf-like face. But in fact, the animal is calm and kind, and it fits well with humans. It has very beautiful and wide eyes with brown or blue color that will appeal well to the face of the animal. The ears are short, straight, and fit well with the size of the head. The surface of the body is covered in light brown to gray-blue hair, with white to creamy areas of the chest and limbs. The body, especially the back and lumbar region, is muscular and strong, and has a thick, curved tail.
2️⃣ Other Appearance
The skin of this breed consists of two layers. The bottom layer is for keeping it warm and covered with a thick, waterproof layer. Because Haskey has become accustomed to living in different climates, her skin has seasonal features, and she sheds underlying hair at least once a year.
Haskey does not need a lot of makeup except for the hair loss seasons. The breed has hair loss twice a year, which is suggested by brushing with an iron comb.
3️⃣ Cleaning and feeding Siberian Haskey
Most of the time, shortening and trimming will not be required. However, brushing and combing Haskey's hair once a week will remove dead hair on the skin and help to detect unusual skin problems or bumps. Siberian Husky's
weight is reported to range from 1 to 2 kg depending on his male and female height and sometimes up to 5 cm. Siberian Husky food must be of high quality and made from real meat. Avoid cheaper foods, which usually contain carbohydrate additives, because they are of little nutritional value. Most Haskies are allergic to grains, so use a grain-free diet if possible. Haskey's good food can be found at most pet stores.
4️⃣ Behavioral properties of Siberian Haskey
Haskey is a dog that loves everyone, even thieves. So if you are looking for a dog to protect your home, Haskey is not a good option. This is what makes this race so well-behaved with all family members, even children.
It can be argued that the presence and activity of cold Siberian lands has increased their patience and tolerance. This dog needs a lot of physical activity but should not be forced to do hard exercise in hot weather. For Haskey's storage, a large yard with a fence or tall walls is recommended. Note that the fences in the soil are also tall and sturdy, as Haskey is keen to dig the ground.
5️⃣ important point
These dogs are not recommended for storage in the apartment. Haskey is very active and needs a large yard for life.
Due to the thick coating it does not tolerate hot air, and it is better to use sunshades and coolers in warm seasons. This race prefers group life. Haskey is basically a healthy dog. These animals have problems with celiac disease, eye diseases such as cataracts and skin swelling due to zinc deficiency.
