No rice, pero pinalitan ng tinapay😂.. Kapag gusto nyo po maki uso sa no rice pero kelangan nyo ng carbohydrate, rootcrops ang ipalit nyo, puede rin ang corn, or oatmeal.
mas mataas po ang calorie ng tinapay kumpara sa kanin dahil sa mga rekado na isinasama sa pagluto nito katulad ng asukal at mantika.

Choose healthier source of carbohydrate, Carbohydrate is a good source of energy which is needed by our body.

Eat in Moderation, health is wealth.

Sooo sad, May napanuod ako sa fb reels tatay na may yakap na bata may sakit sa kidney, iyak ng iyak Ang tatay😥😥 at ang bata nmn ay parang di pa naiintindihan ang kung ano ang sakit nya, may nagtanong kung ano cause mahilig daw sa junkfoods.... Kaya mga besshee....ingatan nyo mga anak nyo... Wag madalas pakainin ng maalat katulad ng junkfoods, instant noodles, softdrinks, processed foods... Painumin ng tubig madalas, at piliin ang masustansyang pagkain.
