Story so far!

Fully insured, I offer a local dog walking and animal care service to residents of Ullapool and close surrounding area. I like to offer a personal service, so just me any your dog(s) out for some exercise together. I provide a pop in care and cuddles service and can also offer pet and home sitting support should you wish to take time away. For visitors to our lovely village, I can visit your holiday accommodation and care for your pet whilst you take a boat trip or pop out for an evening meal etc. Full references are available should you require, but please be assured I provide a professional and confidential service.

I have volunteered for a number of years at the Scottish Exotic Animal Rescue Centre caring for and demonstrating lots of exotic creatures. I also volunteered at Cononvet in Ullapool for a number of weeks and really enjoyed this work experience especially seeing the variety of pets come into the surgery. I had the opportunity to volunteer at Allenwood Luxury Kennels and Cattery in Carlisle which was fantastic. The team there really welcomed me, showing me the ropes and how life in kennels works. Lots of cleaning, feeding, walking and importantly lots of animal cuddles.

I have taken an on-line Dog Walking Course and have achieved SRUC’s Principles of Animal Care Course. I have been awarded funding from EDF Renewables Corriemollie Education and Training Fund and this will allow me to complete a Pet First Aid course and my next goal is to complete a Zookeeper Diploma. Hoping that this will eventually lead me to a career of working with animals.

I want to thank my local community for their support you have been really kind and I am enjoying coming into contact with all your different pets from dogs and cats to rabbits, guinea pigs and a lovely bearded dragon!
