Marlo looking adorable post groom.

I've done five dogs, one to go. Big thanks to the other half for his help. I'm going in for wrist surgery in just over a week and I couldn't have done this without him. I just want to make sure they're all ready for summer before I am left one handed for a prolonged period

Darwin has been poorly, so he had bloods and ultrasound yesterday. He kept scratching at his shaving rash - came up with the cutest solution 💙

As Marlo was born just after midnight, but the vets recorded her DOB with her siblings, we took her out again today to continue the celebration.

Marlo has always gotten excited at the car food we feed our Ragdolls. So tonight, she got her very own bowl of cat food. Should have seen her processing the fact that the cats have theirs, but an extra bowl was brought in... 😁

Another before and after. This time Rocky came for a dog park playdate before his haircut. Personally, not a fan of shaved feet or trimmed ears - but he looks good nonetheless.

And so the puppy coat change begins. We should have groomed her three weeks ago, but better late than never. Not fully finished as it's takes two people 2.5 hours (including wash and blow dry) to get her to this point. Will finish her off tomorrow after a trip to the dog park.

Gigi came over for a playdate and haircut. Brought over the oldest brother (Rocky the first from the first litter) just to make sure she was worn out. She looks just like a mini Tilba

Isa being the eldest, and a rescue dog, she's started going to Nan and Pop day care (respite from Marlo). Today she refused to get out of the car when I picked her up because we didn't go anywhere. Spoilt brat 🤣🤣🤣

So, we're finally committing to the crazy dog parent situation. We've sold the bed in the spare room, bought a kids velvet sofa, and an aircon unit. And plan to turn it into a fur kid poodle room. Will wait until we can get to Brisbane in September to get an IKEA day bed for their room, just in case anyone is crazy enough to share it with them.

Every year since Darwin was 13 months old, we've grown his hair for annual pineapple day (English husband and his fantasy football ⚽). This years was the best since he was a pup.
