I’m so excited to announce that Doodle Snacks will be available at Sauer’s Bakery in Carol Stream starting in mid-November! I’ll be starting with one recipe of snacks in a variety of shapes and sizes. But I hope to be adding new recipes soon!

My first recipe is for Pumpkin Peanut Butter Snacks. I love this recipe because it’s made with 5 simple ingredients that are safe for our doodle with food allergies. The cookies are made from oat flour, pumpkin, peanut butter, ground flax meal, and cinnamon. But simple doesn’t mean bland! They smell and taste amazing and our doodles beg for more!
