Howdy is our rescue donkey that we got about a year and a half ago! This sweet boy was TERRIFIED of people when we first brought him home. Now he demands cookies and scratches. Howdy has a full time job protecting the livestock here at Burleigh Acres! Since adopting Howdy we haven’t lost any livestock to large ground predators. This boy has done a phenomenal job keeping our property safe from any strange and unwanted visitors.
