Walk #4 and so close to jumping in by himself on the way home from the field. This had me in tears as when I said "In you go" it was a bit of a punt - he knows "In your room" as a verbal cue to get on his bed but I've never used it in the context of the van. All of the other dogs were in the van and Drax had watched me load them up. He seemed to know the drill and wanted to come home so was looking for some direction from me so I gave it - and it worked! 🥰 We're so proud of the leaps the big wolf is making at the moment and it's such a huge milestone and a massive boost to see all the years of daily progress adding up 😍🐾

The driveway gates have been installed and we’ve just unlocked a new vortex! 🥳🥳 This is the first time he’s ever been in the driveway - what a brave wolf! 🥰
He’s getting so much braver around the front door and practically follows me out! We have plans for some driveway gates so that it’s safe for him to potter out and watch the world go by which is so good for his ongoing development and general brave-building 🥰 It also means we can resume operation ‘get the wolf in the van’ which will be exciting!!

It's finally stopped raining so we can get back to what we love doing the most. . . . making Drax's world that little bit bigger. We're continuing our work with his harness and leaving the house and he's remembered where we got to last time so who knows, we might be able to venture that bit further this year <3
