Happy 4th of July! A message from Princess Leia:
1. If you must leave us home tonight please leave on some music or TV to help muffle the sounds of the fireworks.
2. If your babies are outdoor dogs, can you find it in your hearts to let them be indoor dogs for just one night?
3. Can you make sure everyone has collars on with correct phones numbers on tags so in the event we get scared from the noise and bolt out of the door other people can call you right away and get us back home safe. We can run Like you have never seen us before when we are scared!!
4. If you are out tonight can you be extra careful because many of us could be running for our lives tonight and won't think twice about the cars or busy streets and one more thing

If you are drinking tonight please have some one else drive because the most important thing to me is that you come home safe to me!

Ok......1 more thing I will not be upset if you decide to stay home with me.

Please remember how very hot cement and asphalt and I will add one more that ppl don't even begin think about your artificial turf it gets scalding hot! Wet your artificial turf down before your fur babies go outside and keep a large enough source of water close so that your pups can enter the water to cool their feet!

Please keep in mind the heat factor on concrete and asphalt during this heat wave.
It gets extremely hot to the touch on our 4 legged friends. Keep them in the grass while outside and provide plenty of water.

And please take care of yourself as well.

The great debate 93° outside too hot to not have shoes on when you go outside! Please keep your shoes on, if you want to go with me you have to have shoes on it's too hot you will burn your precious little feet! No shoes come off one at a time I put shoes back on again if you want to go with me you must have your shoes on end of story leave your shoes on! One shoe comes off progress! LOL shoe goes back on as I say please please leave your shoes on I get a deer in headlights look lol starts to remove shoe I said look I'll take you to Starbucks if you just leave your shoes on otherwise you cannot go with me!

Dog Ice Cream🐶🍦
Ingredients:
1 banana
4 tablespoons peanut butter
12 ounces plain or vanilla yogurt
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Spoon the mixture into mold, and freeze for about two hours before popping out of the mold and serving.
Keep any treats that are not immediately eaten in a freezer-safe ziplock bag or container for up to three weeks.
