Common behaviors addressed include dog and human aggression, running away, pulling on leash, nipping, food or object possession, jumping and over- excitement, potty training, anxiety and fear, phobias and obsessive behavior, command and off-leash reliability, respect of boundaries and excessive barking Greg Winters is the owner and operator of Personal Dog Training, Inc. He is a dog behavior expert and member of the IACP (International Association of Canine Professionals) who has been coaching people and rehabilitating dogs for over ten years. Greg is dedicated to being a resource to dog owners and the general public and is committed to a mission of education, outreach and service through his work. Greg and Personal Dog Training have provided staff training and dog retention support to numerous rescue groups including The Greater Birmingham Humane Society, The Shelby Humane Society, Buddy’s Buddies Rescue, Two by Two Rescue, Foothills Animal Rescue (FAR) and Luv of Dogz Fund and Forever Lover Pet Sanctuary. These donated services and support underline Greg’s commitment to keeping dogs in good homes. He is an educator and coach who considers himself to be in the dog retention business. Greg has appeared regularly on local Fox and CBS TV channels as a guest to promote responsible dog ownership and highlight dogs that are in need of adoption. Greg has an extensive record of rehabilitating even the most extreme cases and he believes all dogs are capable of change if we know how to effectively communicate with them. In 2014 Greg relocated Personal Dog Training to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area
