About Us
Our Story
Late in my second pregnancy, my husband and I decided I would not be returning to work a 9-5 job after our daughter was born. And that my friends is where it all started. I have always had what I will refer to as the spirit to do things on my own, buck the system if you will, be an entrepreneur. So after much thought and careful consideration, I decided to start Rescue Beans. A business I could do from home that allowed me to be a full-time mom as well!
So with some help from my husband to get the ball rolling Rescue Beans was born. We found a coffee roaster, who finds us great beans by the way! Got our Rain Forest Alliance certification and then the pieces started to fall into place. Now we have a great tasting coffee and are proud to say that $1 from every pound of it we sell is donated to an animal rescue or sanctuary both local and across the globe.
