If I take you back to 2009 you would find me living with my husband on a mountain in the French Pyrenees, running our Permaculture smallholding. Surrounded by awe inspiring nature and sharing our lives with a plethora of animals I was, and still am, passionate about caring for the animals in our lives in a natural manner. Mountain living, surrounded by the raw beauty of nature meant you could not avoid a spiritual aspect developing in your life.
At this point in my life Reiki entered into my journey. My primary reason for embarking on a journey with Reiki was to share this beautiful gentle healing technique with the animals in my life. However, as Reiki became a daily part of my life I could not ignore the profound impact it was having on me. As a result, I was naturally drawn to also sharing Reiki with the people in my life.
As my ability to share Reiki with animals developed, I found that I began to hear, sense or just know things about the animal I was sharing with. I was intrigued by these experiences so I began looking into it further. This is how animal communication entered into my life.
In the following years, I have continued working regularly with Reiki for animals, friends and family. I have moved through the Reiki levels of training until in August 2020 I was attuned to Reiki Master Teacher level and to give backing to my extensive experience sharing Reiki with animals, I also completed a Diploma in Animal Reiki.
Animal communication has continued to develop alongside my Reiki experience, I have attended an animal communication workshop, carried out animal communication training, read numerous books, joined animal communication groups and have practiced, practiced and practiced some more. Since the beginning of 2020 I use my animal communication skills on an almost daily basis to help people to understand more about the animals sharing their lives.
Animal Relations is the result of my years of experience. At the core of the services I offer is my passion for animals, to help to give them a voice in the world and to give them a helping hand with Reiki when they are in need of healing or balancing. I strive to be the helping hand to build strong and healthy relations between animals and people.
As humans, we are part of a larger animal community that exists on earth. As I do not discriminate about the species of animals I will work with and help, I include working with humans in Animal Relations ;-)
My Animal Experience
Both Reiki and animal communication can be used with any animal. My experience so far has included connecting with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, horses, goats, pigs, chickens, llamas, alpacas and camels. This experience has been gained both face to face with the animal and working from a distance where I connect with them from home using a photograph. The ability to work from a distance means that I am able to work with animals (or people) from all around the world and to date, living in the UK, I have worked across Britain, France, Holland, America and Canada.
Currently I carry out animal communication and Reiki working from a distance.
I work from home, connecting with the animal or you via a photograph. This allows me to work with animals and people in any location in the world. Due to the nature of Reiki and Animal Communication, both can be carried out just as successfully working from a distance.
It is my hope to begin also working “face to face” with people and animals in my area of Norfolk, UK. I feel this will be easier once Covid restrictions are eased further. However, if you would like an in-person Reiki or Animal Communication session, please feel free to get in touch and we will discuss how this can safely be carried out.

Pricing
I do not have a set charge for any of the services I provide.
I will carry out the Reiki or Animal Communication and then leave it to you to decide how much the service has been worth and more importantly, how much you can afford to pay.
Should you not be able to afford to pay me, this is also OK with me.

What is Reiki?
Reiki, meaning Universal Life Force Energy, is a Japanese energy based healing technique. A Reiki session is carried out by the placing of hands on a person or animal or by sending the energy from a distance.
Based on the principle that everything, including us, is made up from the base ingredient of energy, Reiki works to relieve imbalance or blocks in the flow of energy around a human or animal body. When a person or animals energy system is out of flow illness, mental health issues or physical problems arise. Reiki works with the body, mind and spirit to stimulate a person or animals own natural healing abilities. This, in turn, can allow balance and health on all levels to return.
As a Reiki Practitioner, I do not class myself as a healer. I am purely a channel for Reiki energy to flow through and be directed to your animal or you. I am the helping hand, sending energy to assist healing and balance.
How can Reiki help?
Reiki can help your animals or you to recover from illness or injury.
As Reiki is holistic and works on all levels of being, it could also help with emotional or mental health issues.
Due to Reiki’s foundation in working with energiy there really are no issues that Reiki could not assist.
When sharing Reiki it normally has a very relaxing and calming effect on the animal or person receiving it so some people chose to use Reiki as a form of relaxation or work it into their general health maintaining routine.
After years of experience sharing Reiki, I have no doubt that it is an exceptionally beneficially technique.
In my words, Reiki is gentle, natural and supportive in all areas, it is a safe form of support when needed and cannot do any harm.
What is animal communication?
Animal communication allows a two way conversation to take place between an animal and person.
My way of describing how this works is that I tune into the animals unique energy pattern and communicate with them through words, images, physical sensations, feelings and intuition.
Some people describe animal communication as telepathy. The word telepathy comes from the Greek language where ‘tele’ means “distant” and ‘pathy’ means “feeling” or “perception” In this sense, animal communication is “distant perception” which I feel is a useful description.
How can animal communication help?
Just imagine being able to have a conversation with your animal.....how many times have those of us caring for animals wished we could just have a chat with them?! Well, this is where animal communication comes in.
An animal communication session could help you to find out more about who your animal is, how they perceive the world around them, gain insight to their physical conditions or illness’ and help to understand their behaviour. If an animal has a behaviour that is causing issues a communication session can assist in resolving the issue.
I have found opening a two way communication with an animal allows them to feel heard in their life which can have a profound impact - after all don’t we all like to feel heard and understood? I regularly also find a deepening of the relationship between human and animal occurs after the communication session.
The beautiful thing about a two way communication is it could also help by sharing information from you with the animal to give them understanding about things that are going on around them.
I am also able to communicate with animals in spirit which could help you to gain comfort after your animal has passed.
Both Reiki and Animal Communication work on an energy level. Everything, when you break it down, is made of energy. Each animal and person has a unique energy pattern, making all of us the individuals we are. Energy is also all around us, creating a sort of energy web that connects us all.
When I work with Reiki or Animal Communication I connect into this energy web to allow me to connect with the animal or person, by tuning into their personal unique energy pattern. I equate this to the way we would tune a radio into our favourite radio station that is being beamed through the airways.
Reiki channels universal life force energy, so when using Reiki I also connect to this source, passing the energy to the animal or person for them to use to rebalance and clear their energy body.
We all have an innate ability to connect with these energy systems, over time our species has developed in a way that has made us less aware of this energy. All I have done is spend time re-developing my connection in a way that any one of us could do.
