Hi I have recently moved to the British Legion and commencing my puppy/dog training classes. I am hoping to start end of March. As well as positive reinforcement training I also do specialist training in scentwork body language and reactivity courses. I also do 1 2 1 training with dogs who have certain issues for instance pulling on a lead, lunging or reactivity to other dogs.

Hi I am starting my new confidence course for all dogs at 7pm at Hayling Island Community Centre commencing 7th December. This is for three weeks only.
This will be a fantastic opportunity for your pups and dogs to learn and socialise with other dogs. They will gain confidence as well as learning new skills in another environment which is so important. I will also introduce games and agility which again will enhance their development.

Hi all new puppy owners and dog owners
I am starting a new Foundation Course for puppy and adolescent dogs commencing 10 August at Hayling Island Community Centre at 7pm. I am currently running a Bronze Class and wish to continue this as I have had a lot of response from owners.
The Foundation Class is for pups whose owners want to teach and get advice on:
Basic cues, Health and Wellness: Puppy Development, Puppy Socialisation, Relationship Buildings/Bonding, confidence building and Chewing and biting. There will also be some games thrown in.
My Bronze classes are a follow-on from the Foundation Classes. I teach, sit, down, sit down stand but these are timed which is very good and important for impulse control.
I also do safety commands, which are extremely important for your dog to learn.

Does your dog not come back when called off lead? Do you wish you could let you dog off lead and give your dog the opportunity of running around in a safe environment and positive that you will be able to recall him/her back to you. Recall is so important to teach your dog. It can save your dog's life. As well as other most important training I will provide I support with barking, lunging, scent work, pulling on a lead, body language training and reactivity. Engagement and disengagement is vital when training your dog and I can help you with this. Come and tackle these problems head on and learn how to get your dog back reliably when you’re out by yourself, or when distractions start building

My next Puppy/Adolescent dog training classes are commencing at Hayling Island Community Centre at 7pm on Thursday evenings. Next training session will Thursday 1 June 2023.
