🎗 Collar Injuries.
Do you leave your dog's collar on when they are left alone?
Collars becoming entangled can result in fatal injuries.
Please always remove your dog's collar if you crate them whilst they are home alone.
If they were to try to escape, they could get their collar caught on the crate, resulting in the dog being strangled.
Also, if you are a multi dog household, with playful dogs. Teeth can become caught in collars, again with the possibility of injury to either, or both dogs.
Warm air heating systems have open grate style vents. Tags on collars can become caught in these.

Remember, prevention of any injury is always the best course of action.

Canine first aid refresher course ✅️ keeping my little pups safe while they're in my hands 🐶
Also took the hubby along this time too. So we've got two qualified canine first aiders in the house now 😊

After 3 years my canine first aid course needed refreshing 🐶 so I attended Dog first aid south Yorkshire and took Ric along this time too! After all two pairs of hands are better than one 😜

💥Yesterday I delivered my first course of 2025! 💥
🥶 It was a little cold, but certainly warmed up doing the CPR.
😊It felt good to be back delivering courses and what a great group of people we had for our first course.
❤️‍🩹I had a few returning customers, refreshing their knowledge so that that can be sure any dog in there care is in the safest of hands.

🐕‍🦺 I have had some usual pet related business on my courses, yesterday we had a cadaver dog handler and trainer! Very interesting chat!
