Funny story… a year ago, my best friend asked me to make a snuffle mat that looked like a pumpkin. You can see what I was aiming for and how it ended up. The important thing is that I tried. 🤣 Bless her heart, my best friend bought it anyway and said, “I love it. I’m going to laugh every time I look at it.”

She recently adopted a dog named Chai, who is a chow hound just like my Kiba girl. I got this text tonight:

“It's been almost 20 minutes, and she's still working on her dinner instead of scarfing it down in 2! I also have a slow feeder bowl, but that only takes her like 5 minutes.”

And I got a lovely photo of what the mat looks like now that Chai has finished her dinner. It’s a thing of nightmares. Happy Halloween. 🎃
