We need HELP. A couple of hours even one day a week makes a HUGE difference for the cats and kittens in our care. Duties at our cat care center in Geneva include mostly feeding and cleaning. We have two shifts a day: 9am to noon and 6 to 8 pm. Volunteers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent volunteer.
Not gonna lie, this is hard work that includes scooping litter boxes. But the feeling of helping Winkies through their journey from unwanted to beloved pets is amazing. Plus, you get to play with the kittens! Sign up at https://winkycats.com/volunteer-with-the-winkies/

Ebony is a wonderful girl who loves- super friendly and she seeks out attention and love. She is a “super helper” here at the center - she inspects all food preparation! 😆 Ebony is only about two years old, and she has a chronic stuffy nose. But she is HEALTHY and HAPPY and ready to be your new best friend. She loves other cats, is great with kids, and will definitely inspect your food for you! Meet Junie! Let’s just start out by saying WE LOVE JUNE. She is smart and super affectionate with people. She can be picky about her cat friends, but she does get along with friendly cats. We fill the dog training area at Mentor PetSmart with 50 kittens and pre-approved and peeps in the Winky Family can come play with the kittens all at once and choose the perfect Winky! 💥It’s a BLAST💥Total kitten chaos! So get pre-approved and BE THERE Friday at Petsmart from 5-8 pm to meet the littlest Winkies. Want to meet a specific cat, too? Fill out an application and we’ll make it happen!
