Our 2025 charity calendar contest cover girl, Daffy, just did her photo session at her happy place: Cherry Beach!

A rescue dog who found her way to Toronto from the U.S., she's such an incredibly striking girl, with her piercing blue eyes and eyeliner look!

We were up before sunrise for this session, and it was so worth the early start!

You did it! Thanks for every single dollar donated in entry fees and votes for the .gb calendar contest. Your generosity is so appreciated and will make a difference to the lives of locally fostered dogs in need of a permanent loving family, a home, and medical care.

I love nature as a backdrop to dog portraits. But a session at Hart House, with its classical architecture, felt fitting for Quincy, an elegant silken windhound. I was thrilled that one of the images of Quincy placed in the top 10 of the Unleashed Education Emerge challenge series. Do you have a favourite architectural spot in the city that could lend itself well to a portrait session? I’m all ears!!!
