Happy Thursday! It’s been raining here steadily the last few days (which has been an absolute blessing) so this morning we woke up blanketed by a heavy fog. Looks like shaping up to be another lovely day so we hope you enjoy your Thursday!Any big plans for the weekend?

What a beautiful day today! While still hot, it was finally a little cloudy and gave everyone a bit of a break from the blazing sun. The horses (and barn cats) have been extra lazy and we don’t blame them one bit!

The new ponies have spent their first night out on pasture with our group herd. It’s such a joy to watch horses just BE horses and enjoy the vastness and space of our pastures, settle into a spot, and start eating. The whole herd came over to say hi and then got down to eating - no drama, no stress…just new friends and new adventures.

We have some new friends at the Ranch. These two will be joining our main pasture herd after spending a few days decompressing in a private paddock; gives them a chance to explore a bit, take the stress of moving off, and just slowly mellow into the rhythms of our routines.
