As many of you have heard me say...we learn something from each and every litter. Whether it be something new to do or something that comes from our observation of the puppies. Christina had told me of a study that was done on horses how they “self sooth” themselves with balance. So we tried it with the puppies on the last litter. We found by using the balance pod when we did obedience work the puppies would often over to it then walk back and do the command. We are using it again with this litter. Fargus was having a hard time understanding that I wanted the sitting command because today we worked on it outside. So after about 45 seconds of not being sure what I wanted he did what we saw the last litter do. Walk across it and then come back and perform the command. How they learn just fascinates me!!

Omg I am so excited!! The earliest I have ever had a puppy do their “laying” on command is 7 weeks. We were working and out of the blue Ferguson did it several times and so did Korra! They are 5 and 6 weeks old. So I put the video on and they did it again!

We have complete genetic health panels ran and hips and elbows certified on all our dams and sires and are confident in producing healthy, happy, super adorable puppies. Every breeding is carefully planned with temperament, health, and of course beauty in mind.
