Hub City Homestead We are a small homestead in the mountains of Utah. We are working on raising chickens to provide our own eggs and meat.

We have plans for a wonderful garden and hoping to get goats. Our work is to be more self reliant and self sufficient.

I got started again on the barn and then ended up having some technical difficulties with my recording. You will have to see the rest of my changes in the next video. In the mean time enjoy this tidbit.

Moving in to a new diner. Much of the menu is the same and many of the customers are as well. Can we survive the busy of day 5 and pass to the next Restaurant?

We can sell chocolate cookies. This will be the last day at Emily's Dream Restaurant. We have earned enough money to open a new restaurant and use our skills to do even bigger and better things.
