Universe I give up. No more! Guys here to replace flooring and I trip over a stack of planks yet to be laid. Hit with the top of my left foot, fell on my right knee, and banged my chin on a cabinet. I had 2 drinks in my hand and spilled them but didn't drop them 🤣 But I think I may have broken my foot.

Finger wound from the other day is healing up though 🤷

Update: no break! Just lots of swelling and pain to come

Guys!!! I have air conditioning again!! Thanks to the guys at Gonzo's for doing an amazing job and getting me cool again! I am so happy Courtney Gossett recommended them!

So guess what I'm doing tonight. During my AC to 12° snuggling under a fuzzy blanket with my kitties and enjoying the silence that comes with turning off all the window units in my house (my hearing will never be the same 😭)

Halp! I went on vacation and came home to my ceiling caved in and floor ruined! Thankfully I had some good friends and neighbors letting in workers while I was gone, but it's still a hot mess.

So please give me your recommendations for ceiling repair and flooring people. People you have personally used not you BNI friends. TIA

For those curious they flagged my account because I told an owner about a CBD product called Ellevet. It's veterinary recommended to help ease anxiety in dogs. It's over the counter and does not need a prescription, nor does it contain ma*****na, cannabis, or THC. So basically they were just being ridiculous. 🤣

Hello friends! I try to keep this page light and pet focused but there is something I need to address. I have been having some health issues (nothing major, just thyroid/hormone type stuff) which has caused me to gain a lot of weight over the last year in addition to being constantly hot. And because of this weight gain many people have inquired or assumed I'm pregnant. I am NOT pregnant, nor will I ever be (I am happily "spayed"). But let me be clear, it is never acceptable to ask a woman if she is pregnant. If a woman is pregnant and wants you to know, she will tell you when she's ready.

My self esteem has never been the best, but now I am more body conscious than ever due to people asking me "when are you due?" I know it is meant with care and concern, but it does hurt my feelings.

So please have a little kindness and respect before making assumptions, especially with delicate subjects like weight and pregnancy. 💓

Guys!!! I got accepted! I'm officially part of the Piedmont Tech College Vet Tech Program! I'm so excited! I know it's gonna be a lot of hard work and studying but I am so excited for it!
