In every area of our lives, we rely on different tools and resources to perform our jobs and function to the best of our abilities with whatever task or project we are tackling.
For me, whether it's a stethoscope, a ski pole, the best running shoes, or a riding crop I know the value of utilizing the proper tools to help ensure as smooth a process as possible. My goal is always to help others do the same and to help simplify complex situations. In every situation my goal is for people to reach inside themselves to find the tools that work best for them so that they succeed.

Last week I attended the AVMA Convention in Philadephia, and as always, it did not disappoint! I am thrilled to congratulate Rena Carlson, our new AVMA president-elect, very well deserved! I am also humbled to share that I threw my hat in the ring for AVMA President-elect, 2023-2024. Looking forward to the year ahead and the many opportunities and challenges it will bring.
