She's baaaaack! Capella is here after a short break.
She's not a huge fan of rough and rowdy play nor is Serendipity. They are a perfect match for each other, especially with Serendipity self-handicapping.
Porthos' routine after every nap, and at his age he naps often.
Rex protecting us from the big, bad wolf in the movie.
Check this out! Sheba enjoyed a brief outing to the park. We saw several people and a lot of trucks. She barked a couple of times, but generally just people watched quietly.
I was expecting her to be… louder. I am so proud of her. Sheba is available for adoption from Friends of Campbell County Animal Control
Cookie joined us a bit before bedtime routine. She couldn’t wait to say hi to her favourite temporary human.
Bitey face is the best game to play at night
Day 8:
Sheba met the family dogs. She was extremely exuberant & Kava thought she needed a chill pill. She throughly enjoyed chasing Seriously, being chased by him, and trying to get him to wrestle. Seriously was more interested in playing tag.
Rojo is Josie approved.

And yes, he’s our only boarder for this week which is awesome for him.

Rojo is here for daycare because he gets a little anxious being alone while his fosters are at work and is stressed in a crate. While he’s hanging with us we’ll be helping continue his fosters’ work with teaching him to love the crate (and be okay with being left alone).
Being comfortable in a crate is a necessary life skill for all dogs to have even if you plan on rarely having your dog be crated at home. Crates (and confinement) are used at the groomer’s, vet offices, and in boarding. Crate trained dogs will be less stressed in such situations.
Rojo is available for adoption through Friends of Campbell County Animal Control
