We have just learned that the City is charging all events a new $500 fee for closing Canal Street. We are seeking 2 more Event Sponsors "Big Dawg Event Sponsor" at $250 to help cover this fee. Who should I be talking to?

Hazel the golden doodle was a winner last year when she debuted as Big Bird. This year she and her person Rachel were lady bugs! A few other cute pooches also were in the running.
