Baked Chicken - Better than Fried - Test Kitchen - Henhouse Diner
I sure am craving fried chicken, but tried a healthier version baked and super easy to make!
Ingredients
Six chicken thighs
2 cups flour
2 cups, Italian breadcrumbs
Six eggs - beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Dredge chicken thigh in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs lay on a parchment lined sheet pan spray sprayed with olive oil oil and repeat
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes and flip. Continue to bake for another 30 to 40 minutes until lightly browned and is cooked through
Serve with some fresh veggies and mashed potatoes!
