Below is a picture of 171 heartworms that were removed surgically from a 46lb dog. This could have been easily prevented!

Our 52 treasures have crossed the border, loaded onto the @pawsuprescuetransport bus for their final freedom ride to find happiness & a forever home 🏑

Our 44 treasures arriving this morning at @oregondogrescue Oregon Dog Rescue xoxoxo

We were so optimistic earlier in the day, Gracie wagged her tail for the first time almost as if she was saying β€œ I can feel what love is & thank you for taking care of me” but tonight her breathing has slowed down and our hearts are sad. We hope she makes it through this critical night in her journey and has the strength to continue to fight for her life! Keep praying for her, I know she hears all of them and with wagging her tail I know she feels the love flowing in from everyone πŸ™β€οΈπŸΎ

Send your prayers for Gracie. She did not want to eat on her own today so she was fed liquid food, she is not having diarrhea or throwing up…she’s on an IV drip.
