Sales Policy:
Please read and agree to the terms.
By purchasing a rabbit, you agree to this policy.
We are a closed rabbitry; we do not allow the public to come view or handle any of our rabbits or kits. We do this for the health and safety of our rabbits and ourselves.
We do fully support the youth in showing rabbits. We will donate to auctions to help them when we can.
Transportation and/or pick up:
Your rabbit will leave healthy. If you choose to use transport, we will work with you/them. We are not responsible for the rabbit once it leaves us. Some rabbits don’t handle the stress of transportation well and there may be a possibility of sick animals on transport, or transporters that do not take care of the animals. Do your own investigating into transport companies.
1. All rabbits sold are healthy, to the best of our knowledge, at the time of sale. We will not be responsible for any vet costs. We will not replace or refund rabbits that become ill or die. Once the rabbit leaves our care, we are no longer responsible.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. All potential show quality rabbits are sold without any known disqualifications at the time of sale.
3. We make every possible effort to correctly s*x your rabbit at the time of sale, but we can make a mistake s*xing a young rabbit. Check the s*x for yourself at pick up to be sure.
4. No baby rabbits will leave us prior to at least 12 weeks old, possibly older to be shown or evaluated. All rabbits will leave with an ear tattoo for ID if information is needed later from our records.
5. All of our rabbits are priced based on their quality, s*x, color, pedigree, ARBA legs, proven good mothers, proven bucks and age. Prices are subject to change at any time. Prices are firm and reflect the quality breeding, care, and costs of raising and/or showing them before going to a new home. They will come with paperwork (pedigree or birth certificate) current chewing/enrichment toy, starter transition feed and hay sample.
6. No changes are to be made to a pedigree unless by us. Names may be changed by us before leaving if the rabbits has yet to sire/dam a litter. Once they have had a litter it cannot be changed. You may have a barn name you call your rabbit, but the pedigree name must remain the same. Not all rabbits will come with a pedigree. Show or Brood quality will have a full pedigree. Pet quality will go to a new home with a birth certificate but no pedigree.
We are not a rabbit mill for money nor a pet store. We have put a lot of time and effort into breeding and improving our lines. Any sales would not come close to re-cooping the amount we have put into them. We breed to improve to ARBA SOP and show them first. If you are looking for a cheap rabbit or pets, please look elsewhere.
Show, Brood, and Pet:
Show: A rabbit with no known show disqualifications at the time. Sold with full pedigree. We only sell rabbits as possible show quality if we have already shown or plan to show the rabbit ourselves. We do not guarantee the rabbit will place at an ARBA or 4H show unless we have shown and has placed before, those winnings will be disclosed with the description of the available rabbit. We will soon be adding the BEW (Blue Eyed White) as a side project to improve them to ARBA SOP for showing and will be kept separate from the current show herd. All of our Show quality will have clean lines.
Brood: Rabbits that are more suitable for breeding instead of showing, coming from excellent breeding lines. Brood quality rabbits are sold with full Pedigrees. These may be some of our show does that are now brood animals. No known disqualifications to use as a herd doe/buck.
Pet: Healthy and friendly rabbits that are just not being used in our breeding/show program. Our pets tend to be very sweet and have been handled daily. These rabbits are not to be used for breeding and do not come with a pedigree. Our soon to be added BEW SOP could have some VM (Vienna Marked) become available.
SALE TERMS:
Sale rabbits require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold, and the balance paid in full before meeting transport. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We reserve the rights to refuse sale at any time up until pick up without explanation, in which case will be a full refund of the deposit.
