Purple Cat People (Purple Cat Vet non-profit partner) has had some very very generous donations recently. These donations will allow us to offer significantly discounted surgeries for our NW Wisconsin and eastern MN
COLONY CATS.
This particular opportunity is ONLY for cats from a group of AT LEAST 15 INTACT CATS. We are targeting farms with cat populations out of control. If you have less than 15 cats needing spay and neuter services you do not qualify for $25 surgeries. BUT please check out Purple Cat Mobile Veterinary Clinic for inexpensive surgeries ($65-$85 per surgery).

Okay…Meow the details:
WHAT: $25 spay/neuter cat surgeries. So each surgery is $25 regardless if they are getting ear tipped or not. For cats that are getting ear tipped, the rabies vaccine and the distemper vaccine will be included in the $25. Must have at least 15 cats getting surgery.
WHO: ANY COLONY CAT with 15 or more cats getting surgery.
*** For this opportunity, a colony cat means any cat that is part of a group of cats that are currently overpopulated or in danger of becoming overpopulated. This includes outdoor cats that are on farms, outdoor cats that are in a trailer court, indoor cats that are part of a group that have not been spayed or neutered. Any group of cats that have 15 OR MORE members that are not spayed and neutered.
WHERE: All surgeries will take place at either the Eau Claire Purple Cat location or the Baldwin Purple Cat location. Please see the purplecatvet website for details on locations and other commonly asked questions. The FAQ page is very helpful.
*** This means you are responsible for getting your cat to our Eau Claire and Baldwin locations. Purple Cat will not go to your residence for this offer.
WHEN: Now until funds are gone. Most likely funds will be used up by mid-April, 2023.
Surgeries take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Baldwin and Thursdays and Fridays in Eau Claire. When you schedule, Dr. Angie will work with you on available dates/locations.
How to sign up: TEXT dr. Angie with the details of your situation and why you think you qualify for this opportunity. In the text message please give your first and last name, the day of the week that would work best for you, and the location that would work best for you—either Eau Claire or Baldwin. Also give the number of cats that you would like to bring in for surgery and their genders if known.
Note: Priority will be given to individuals willing to trap and transport their own cats and return them to their original locations. We can help suggest places that lend out kennels and live traps.
Also note: cost is $25 per surgery but that can be waved if significant financial need.
