Amazing trails in windy conditions in the dunes and beach .. lovely teamwork and seeing & recognising the dogs body language as they switched from ground scent to air scent was fabulous to watch .. well done everyone 🥳🐾

Tuesday Night Mantrailing .. a steady night of longer trails in a gusty wind .. scent from a coin and watching how 4 dogs worked the same trail on an open tarmac car park
Very interesting and opened discussions on how the scent works ..

Sunday Mantrailing . Inclusive of junction work on split trails for all teams .. for Moss ( superstar ) over a style into the salt marshes ( sorry Julie 🤣) great indication at the fence / style 🥳
Plus a walking trail to finish the morning ..

A very wet foggy night on an industrial estate ! Must mean it’s Mantrailing time ..
3 people 6 dogs smashing out intensity trails through to long distances scent article trails .. working through a strong tailwind .. fog and rain awesome work ..

Dizi continued with her new job today .. she is an absolute natural .. extending her intensity starts with a little bit more distance and a 90* turn
Quinn working on distance trails and casting for the air scent .. super teamwork

A night time intro for Super Dizi tonight.. totally smashed the job of mantrailing … nose down and away she went …
Finney & Raph worked out some tricky puzzles of overlaid scent and scent pools also twisty turning paths and junctions ..
well done everyone & treat to some nice star gazing at the end ..

A bit of night trailing in the Forrest .. all the dogs smashed their trails with super confidence in the “ dark dark !”

A very wet trailing day in the dunes ..
Transfer of scent on another dogs tugger toy today … so tempting to steal and play with it … but the dogs all took to their task and found their missing person .. well done everyone and I hope you have all dried out now 🙂

Split trails and lots of puzzles for the dogs to work out
Without fail these advanced teams worked through all the conundrums and some amazing reading of the dogs body language today & terrific decisions 👍👌

A Mantrailing morning in the Forrest .. spot the Red Squirrel 🐿️
The teams worked on 2 trails of double blinds .. the second trail made more difficult by the trail layer hidden under the camo net ..
The handlers really having to focus on their dogs body language to find the trail layer hidden deep into the undergrowth ..
Tim asleep as soon as he got home .. latent learning about talking bushes 😂

Today’s Mantrailing was a Murder Mystery in the Dunes !

All the teams found the perpetrator and worked blooming hard when they thought they had found their food .. only to find that they were ( pretend dead ) and had no food reward and had to carry on to find another person !

All the teams smashed the trails in a strong cross wind swirling the scent
I’m sure there are some proud handlers & some very tired dogs this afternoon 😍 well done everyone ..

Plus the perpetrator has one last thing to say !
“ I’d have gotten away with it , if it hadn’t been for those pesky dogs !”

Friday evening Mantrailing in the Forrest .. some fabulous long trails with a bit of age in them .
Reggie & Rover smashed it
A couple of conundrums along the way ended with two very tired dogs ..
we even spotted a few red squirrels 🐿️

Tuesday night Mantrailing.. due to such blustery winds and wet conditions we decided to do Decoys I a sheltered spot .. This was Finns second time at Mantrailing .. he smashed this on an intensity start .. I think he is going to have a fantastic Mantrailing career 👍🐾
