PLEASE BEWARE

Here's the article someone sent from a local Facebook site -

Beware of old maize cobs laying on the pathways of The Woodland Trust main field. These nasty things caused many a general anaesthetic to be performed and a full ‘foreign body’ investigation on dogs when I worked over 4 decades in a veterinary surgery! They can kill dogs very easily when they block the gut completely. Owners often have no idea what is making their dog vomit and act so lethargic, won’t eat etc., and the outcome for a dog left too long can be fatal. If anyone is putting these on the field for deer, please don’t. So many dogs walk here. You can see how big they are and that’s big enough to block anything from small dogs to Labs quite easily!

We had a birthday in the house with our beautiful Margot. 2 years! I remember her mumma bringing her to visit us in a blanket at 8 weeks! We are very lucky to get such a bond with your fur babies 🐕😍
