After months off due to my shoulder injury, Ted comes out and is foot perfect 😍
Crazy to think that 12 months ago he was scared of his tack and broke many lead ropes trying to get away, and now? He’s an absolute saint. Patience, reward and kindness ♥️ and in return I have the best big pony 🥰

Really pleased with how Big Ginge is looking coming out of winter 😍
He’s never been the easiest to keep weight on, but it’s been an uphill battle since he came home just over a year ago. I am amazed at the improvement in his condition since adding Radiance Gold into his feed regime approx 6 weeks ago and look at that pre-brush shine 🤩
I’m that impressed, all 6 ponies are now on the supplement and I’m hoping to see similar results in them all 🤞🏻

Today marks 12 months of Ted being back home ♥️
I really cannot thank you all enough. Our journey up north is almost a distant memory and Ted’s future is looking bright 🥰

The message that changed everything 🥰 I am forever grateful for the lady that got in touch and later went on to send me a picture of Ted.

The next 24 hours (waiting for a picture) went by so slowly, but every fibre of my being was filled with hope - maybe we had actually found Teddy boy 🤞🏻

It really did feel like a Christmas miracle 🎄

12 months ago to the day, I was sat up in bed all night absolutely heartbroken that Ted had ended up with a notoriously dodgy dealer and then been sold on from there.
I hadn’t given up hope of finding him though - Facebook can be an amazing tool sometimes 🥰

Okay, so I’ve been terrible at updating the page this last few months - we’ve been very busy!

Here are some photos of the Big Ginge over the summer. You might notice that we’ve moved homes 🏡 Ted has also had the last 6 or so weeks out of work due to my injuring myself on one of the youngsters 🙈 hopefully we will be back at it soon enough 🤞🏻

Sleepy gingernut this afternoon 😴 Teddy boy had a lovely lady come for a ride today and I’m just so proud of how he copes with different riding styles - he’s such an honest pony 🥰 now for another snooze in his stable 🥱

Tonight we rode into the biggest storm cloud ⛈ ever such a good boy took it all in his stride and we ended the session doing some groundwork - introducing lateral movements 🎉 he’s pretty chuffed with himself 😂

I have to say, I really am rather proud of the big ginger pony, I keep forgetting how basic his understanding is at this point because he gives me amazing moments like this that I push for more…
The next 12 months will be focused on a rounded education, not specialising him too early. He may be (rising) 6 but he’s very immature and green so needs to experience the world and find his favourite fun things to do 🥰 it is a partnership, not a business exchange - it should be enjoyable for both of us 💪🏻
